What we collect

We collect what you send us. That can include a project material list, pay items, SKUs, POs, manufacturer names, and the certs you forward.

We do not run ads. We do not sell lists. We do not put a tracker on this site.

How we use it

We use it to prep a TxDOT Buy America project file. Form 2806. Form 1818. Matching SKU, PO, and pay item.

We do not certify. We do not give legal advice. We do not claim a product is BABA-compliant. You still sign. The manufacturer still signs.

Who sees it

Mark at frmwrk. We do not post your job file. We do not share it unless you ask us to send it back to you or to a person you name.

How long we keep it

We keep a file while the work is open. After that we keep only what we need to answer you. Ask us to delete a file and we will, unless the law says we must keep it.
